What security does the E-transactions solution use ?
The online payment solution is secured thanks to the standard encryption system: “VeriSign Secured SSL protocol”.
No one has computer or print access to the buyer’s bank account.
All merchants equipped with the E-transactions solution to manage and secure their transactions are identified via a Distance Sales electronic payment contract. This helps to protect the buyer.
How can I make sure that I’m in secure mode when paying online ?
A closed padlock appears in your open window.
The beginning of the website address starts with https:// instead of http://
The letter « s » lets you know that you are on a secured encrypted page.
How can I get an invoice ?
Send us a message via our Contact us section. Make sure to specify your booking number and we will send you an attestation within 8 days.
When the padlock does not appear, what does it mean ?
The padlock may not appear because the payment page is displayed in a frame or some items such as images are not secure.
This does not mean you are not in encrypted mode because the main page is always secured. To check it, right click on the page and select Properties to view the URL.
